Could Not Load System.Core After Porting

I am not able to compile my SL 5 project after porting to Open RIA Services.

I started with a functioning test projects with a .NET 4.0 website and SL4 App that used EF6 + ObjectContext, and a Domain Service generated from a edmx of a simple SQL table. Everything compiled and the Generated_Code was build on the SL client and accessible via RIA.

I then updated to SL5 (which breaks CodGen capabilities in WCF RIA) and ported over to Open RIA Services by following the steps at:

After completing all of the steps, I am not able to compile the SL5 App. There are two errors, one for each xaml file in the App:

"Error 1 Cannot resolve reference assemblies. Please check the reference assemblies. Could not load file or assembly 'System.Core, Version=, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=7cec85d7bea7798e' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040) C:\Users\Brad\Documents\Visual Studio 2012\Projects\LuckySunday\LuckySunday\MainPage.xaml"

Can anyone help me determine why the assembly will not load and how to fix that? I have tried everything I can think of to get this to work.. and still no luck.

This was a pretty common problem upgrading Silverlight versions. You need to check every projects references to make sure you don't have any references to SL4 dlls. Sometimes you need to do a clean and then manually go through the folders of your solution deleting any dlls that you find.
